Managing Your Subscription (iOS)
How to View/Change Subscription
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID name at the top
- Select Subscriptions
- Find and tap Tolero
- Choose to change plan or turn off auto-renewal
Changes may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the app.
Restore Purchases
- Open the Tolero app
- Go to Profile → Subscription
- Tap Restore Purchases
- Authenticate with Apple ID if prompted
Use this if you reinstalled the app or got a new device.
Payment Issues (iOS)
Declined Payment Method
If your payment fails:
- Update payment method in Apple ID Settings → Payment & Shipping
- Ensure your card has sufficient funds
- Check with your bank for restrictions
Tolero doesn't store payment info - all transactions are handled by Apple.
Unexpected Charges
If you see an unexpected charge:
- Verify it's from Tolero in your Apple ID purchase history
- Check your subscription renewal date
- Contact [email protected] with receipt details
We can help resolve accidental charges within 60 days.

How to View/Change Subscription

- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
- Select Subscriptions
- Find and tap Tolero
- Choose to change plan or cancel
Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

- Tap Restore Purchases
- Sign in to the Google account used for purchase

To request a refund:
- Visit play.google.com
- Go to Order History
- Find Tolero subscription and select "Request Refund"
- Or contact Google Play support within 48 hours of charge

Subscription FAQs
When will I be charged?
Monthly plans charge every 30 days from initial signup. Yearly plans charge annually on the subscription anniversary date. You'll receive a notification email 3 days before each renewal.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade anytime (prorated credit may apply). Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before renewal.
How do I cancel?
iOS: Via Apple ID Subscriptions
Android: Through Google Play Subscriptions
Cancelling stops auto-renewal but you keep access until the paid period ends.
